After graduating from UVA in 2005, I started reddit.com with Steve Huffman. Founded Breadpig, which creates geeky things, sells them, and gives away all the profits -- $190,000 so far. Publisher of xkcd: volume 0. Bottler of AwesomeSauce. Maker of LOLMagnetz. Said WTFCNN?! one too many times. Bassist in a Rock Band™. Ambassador to the East for Y Combinator. Angel investor at Das Kapital Capital, LLC. Launched hipmunk -- ran marketing, PR & logo-doodling -- now an advisor & evangelist.

Once rendered in CGI on NMA.TV. Contributor with regular appearances on Bloomberg TV as "hoodie-clad tech entrepreneur." Gave a TED talk at 26 about a whale named Mr. Splashy Pants.

And my favorite: Stephen Colbert once sent me this photo posing with a mug I made him (and even gave me a shoutout in a letter to reddit).

Bill has been a longtime friend of reddit since our early days with Federated Media. He kindly took a few photos of the adorable Genevieve Brazell and allowed me to share them here on my blog. I'd also like to note that I'm supporting Bill (AKA Kenny the Kidney) on his walk for a cure for PKD - you should, too! Or at least take a look at his fabulous Kenny the Kidney costume.
