On @CNN: Why I'm not buying @Facebook. #CISPA

I appeared on Soledad O'Brien CNN this morning to discuss the facebook IPO and why I'm not going to be buying (#CISPA).

I'm bullish on facebook as a company, but not this stance on privacy.
